Our Foundations course is for everyone coming into CrossFit Clemson that is new to CrossFit. For your foundations classes you will be meeting personally with one of our experienced coaches.  Foundations consists of four training sessions. In these sessions you will be taught how to safely perform over 30 different movements that are essential to the CrossFit program. These sessions are necessary to ensure safety and maintain a consistent standard for movements. Our foundations course must be completed to move on to group classes. Each one hour class will end with a short, but intense workout to allow you to acclimate to the training style, WOD programming and better prepare you for the group classes.  Upon completion of the foundations course you will be able to attend any of our offered group classes if you choose to join as a member of the CFC family.
